Dr. Charles Sawadogo

Lead Pastor, NCC
Dr. Charles served as a Lead Pastor in Maryland from 2014 to 2019 when the Lord called him to move to Texas. He holds an MBA IT (from WGU) and a Doctorate degree in Evangelism & Church Planting from Liberty University. He currently works as a Sr. Security Engineer.

Pastor Kaday Sawadogo

Co-lead Pastor, NCC
Pastor Kaday holds a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity from the University of Maryland and a Master's in Church Planting from Liberty University.

The Family

3 Boys, 1 Girl
Dr. Charles and Pst. Kaday are parents to four children: Ebenezer, Emmanuel, Kayla, and Charles Junior (C.J).
Their ultimate passion is to raise a godly family.

On August 1, 2025, Dr. Charles and Pst. Kaday celebrated the 10th Year Anniversary of their blessed and happy marriage.

Meet Our Pastors

Our leaders, Dr. Charles and his wife Pst. Kaday served as lead pastors in Maryland from 2014 to 2019 when the Lord called them to move to Texas. Charles earned an MBA in Information Technology from WGU  and a Doctorate in Evangelism and Church Planting from Liberty University. He currently works as a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer. Kaday holds a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity from the University of Maryland and a Master's in Church Planting from Liberty University.
Charles and Kaday are happily married and are parents to four (4) children: Ebenezer, Emmanuel, Kayla, and Charles Junior, who they affectionally call (C.J).
Their ultimate passion is to see the presence of God transform people so they can raise godly families.
